What e-ink notebook for reading and taking notes 6/7/8 inches?

I am trying to find something for this size to read books (so color is not really necessary) and that is good for taking notes. I have been comparing some devices and in this size is very difficult to find something that fits (best options are 10 o 11 inches). Any idea/recomendation? or any new device to be launched in the next months that can fit my needs?
