I’m afraid to take the vaccines!

I am a 30yo gay man and want to take all the vaccines 💉 hepatitis A+B and monkeybox and start using prep.

I have a friend who advised not to tale the vaccines as he knows a guy took them and he no longer the se person. Fatigue and sick all the time.

I don’t know what to do. I want to live my sexual life and i feel repressed.
