Pre recieve sends ?

Pre‑receive sends are used for situations where MIDI from one track is sent to a track containing a multi‑out VST instrument, while at the same time that track receives the corresponding audio output from the instrument. Practically, one track sends MIDI and receives audio at the same time. I haven’t seen Kenny cover this topic, and I don’t see where the pre‑receive sends are located ?
