Offer letter Revoked - Joining postponed

I am currently facing a lot of uncertainty regarding my onboarding process. Initially, my revised joining date was visible on my Workday profile, but due to a technical issue I was unable to accept or download the offer letter. During that time, my HR SPOC repeatedly assured me that the joining date of 26th June was reflecting in her system and that I should not worry. Later, after multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the joining date would be reissued. Subsequently, I received another email requesting resubmission of my documents, which I completed promptly. However, the updated offer letter has still not been generated. I was informed that I would receive an update by Friday EOD and that onboarding would take place next week, but I have not received any communication so far. Having already completed my notice period and relocated from Kolkata to Noida based on the expected onboarding timeline, this lack of clarity is causing me significant concern and anxiety.
