Issue with infotainment system

When I'm connected with Bluetooth and using Spotify sometimes songs skip, it will sometimes change the bass mid and treble levels by itself and if it's on the main homepage it sometimes selects random buttons.

Any help?

It's a 2016 corsa VXR if that helps
