Recommandations for beginner ?

I want to finally be able to listen to music with good earphones and play Overwatch 2.

i purchased last week the Truthear Hexa but it was hurting my ear (not because of the nozzle), it was just too big and too long (that's what she said).

I now purchased the Define Kelci AE but was interested to know what other IEMs could be interesting for my listening type:
overwatch 2 (footsteps very important)
