888 Binaural Beats Helped Me Drift Off, Here is the Realistic Version
I will admit that 888 binaural beats have become part of how I fall asleep, with heavy caveats.
I am not going to oversell 888 binaural beats as a sleep cure, the manifestation framing is silly and this is not medical advice. As a personal experience though, a soft warm tone fading out as I drift does quiet my busy head at lights out. I keep it gentle, layer a low brown noise under it, and set a timer so it is not playing into the small hours. The fade is the part that actually matters, because an abrupt stop or a loud loop seam would just wake me back up.
A gentle drift aid, not a sleep guarantee.
I use an app called Mindael because the sleep timer fades the tone down slowly once I am under, and Sleep mode keeps the whole thing soft. Mindael saving my mix means I just tap it and go.

Use a fade and keep it quiet, that is how Mindael fits my bedtime. Does a fading tone help anyone else drop off?
