PayPal isn't available where I live. What should I do?

PayPal isn't available where I live, and I can never access Eagle—it's really frustrating. I'm a video editor, and Eagle provides very fast previews. I haven't been able to find a suitable alternative. I found an app called “Aalab Found” and I'm making do with it for now. I've tried many apps, but none of them have ever come close to Eagle. What should I do? Thanks in advance to everyone who offers suggestions.
