CW Pet loss : Is it possible to introduce my 15 year old senior cat to a new house and the cats that live in it too

SpoilerIntroductions

Is it possible to introduce my 15 year old senior cat (he was bonded his whole life to a cat who recently passed) to the two 3 year old cats who have a history of being very territorial towards other cats.

I’m sorry for the large blocks of text, I just wanted to be as specific as possible if it can help get better advice to save my lil buddy

———-

For 15 years I’ve had two male cats Puss Puss and Mini puss; a bonded pair close in age (year or two apart) who were inseparable. Over past two years, Mini puss had become increasingly sicker and it was becoming evident that his time was coming to an end.

To prepare for so, I had been researching what would be best for Mini puss to be able to make him as comfortable as possible when the time came. As well as what to do to make sure puss puss isn’t left confused to where his brother went or feel abandoned.

I learned it was possible to have the vet come to the house to euthanize the cat : so he could die in a safe place, and allow puss puss to sniff the body to get closure.

Unfortunately this didn’t happen, my mom (who I lived with at the time) snatched mini while I was at work and killed him at the vet. I was only told after it was done, I never got to say goodbye to my baby. I came home that day and saw puss puss sniffing everywhere looking distressed. I felt so betrayed and couldn’t bear to be in that house knowing that my kitty was dead I packed my bags and left.

Now it’s been about two months later and I’ve been living at my dad’s house, here there are two 3 year old cats who are territorial when it comes to other cats (they were incorrectly introduced to a third cat last year and it didn’t go well- was my dad’s gf’s cat and they have both been moved out for approx 6 months lol) and go feral when they see other cats through the window. Other than that the cats are very very friendly and cuddly with everyone they’ve ever interacted with.

Upon being no longer welcome and officially kicked out of my mom’s house I was sent to collect my things from her house, I saw puss puss for the first time in a month and a half- I noticed he had rapidly lost a lot of weight and was noticeably neglected by my family. He seemed so happy to see me it really broke my heart.

He has always been a very social and loving cat, since his brother died and I was kicked out no one else has cared for him properly and he is clearly suffering.

I really want to take him to where I am living now, but I am worried that because he is 17 years old and in poor condition it would be cruel to try to rehouse him and slowly introduce him to the other cats that live here. I am a fully time student in my last moth of school so I’d also be worried to leave him in a new place alone

I’m sorry for the long text, I really do want to be with him again. I think about him every day but I know he won’t be here for much longer
