Gaining experience/confidence on road?

Hello everyone! Just passed my 2b tp 2 weeks ago and finally managed to go on a ride today with my father pillioning me. Stalled once haha, just wanted to ask how do you guys gain experience/confidence after passing your license? Maybe I was pillioning my father, and the first time I ever pillioned someone as well, and the pressure got to me, which made me really nervous for some reason. Any advice and tip will be really helpful thank you🙏
