symbolic link error for sound library

Hey guys!
For some reason my logic pro wont recognise my sound library on my external hard drive, it just goes straight to saying i need to download it again. When I press relocate sound library it acknowledges my external hard drive saying current sound library files are here. So i dont understand why its not working.
Any help would be much appreciated!
