Airtel DTH with hd box or Xtreme box?

Hi

I have postpaid sim family plan and need only tv connection. I booked via thanks app and paid 1500, but the team said that i will be getting hd box and not 4k Xtreme box. Is it correct? How can i get Xtreme box for tv?
