is 100° C okay for mobo VRMs?

So I built this PC 1 year ago, and since the day I built it, the VRMs have been very hot. Yesterday, I updated my BIOS latest version and installed drivers. Now, the VRMs are running at 101°C on average at full load(65w max idk why). Should I be worried, or is it okay? I saw people saying VRMs can go up to 115-120°C, but I'm still confused. I'm literally scared to use the PC
