Looking for 2 serious Accountability partners (India, 27-35)

Advice Needed

I'm looking for 2 Indians (27–35 years old) to build a very small, long-term accountability circle.

Not a large group. Not a motivation group. Just 3 people in total who genuinely want to rebuild their lives through consistent action.

A little about me: I'm 28, building something of my own while working on improving my health, career, habits, sleep, and routine. I'm already taking professional help where needed, and now I'm looking for a small, focused environment that helps everyone stay consistent.

Why only 2 people?

I've realized I do better with fewer distractions. Large groups become noisy, and one-on-one accountability can become too dependent. Three people feels like the right balance.

What I'm looking for:

Indians only (time zone compatibility)

Age 27–35

Working professionals, freelancers, or business owners

Already taking action instead of waiting for motivation

Comfortable with daily or near-daily check-ins

Willing to give and receive honest feedback

Looking for a long-term accountability circle, not a temporary challenge

How I imagine this working:

Short daily check-ins

Share today's priorities and whether they were completed

If someone starts avoiding their plan, the other two call it out respectfully and help them get back on track

No judgment, no excuses just consistency

If this sounds like something you'd genuinely commit to, send me your answers to these questions:

Age and what do you do?

What are the three biggest goals you're actively working on?

What habits have you maintained consistently for the past 30+ days?

Tell me about one commitment you kept even when you didn't feel like doing it.

What usually causes you to lose momentum?

If another member notices you're making excuses instead of taking action, are you comfortable with them calling you out directly?

Can you commit to daily (or near-daily) check-ins for at least the next 30 days?

What do you expect from this accountability circle, and what are you willing to contribute to the other two members?

What's one thing you've changed in your life during the past year that you're genuinely proud of?

I'll probably have a short conversation with a few people first, followed by a 7-day trial, and then choose only 2 people based on consistency, communication, and compatibility not on who replies first.
