Performance help after 0.4.5

Since the new update the game flickers between 80 fps and..... 5 fps whenever i open a menu/ shoot/ reload/ move my mouse whilst running / anything else at all and the same is giving me the warnings about my connection when my fps drops..

5070
16gb ddr4 ram
5800x cpu
1000w psu
noctua fans out the arse

Running at 1440p with a wired fiber connection.

No matter the GFX configuration
No matter the upscaling configuration
No matter any of the settings the game is still flipping between more than playable fps and frankly no fps at all at the click of a button.

It is currently unplayable which is a shame because the same so far is RAD.

i have tried it all, frame gen on and off, higher and lower res, lowering GFX settings, playing with quality and performance dlss, playing with the other upscale options, playing with the configuration of the settings in the NVIDIA APP, the list goes on and there is 0 improvement and this did not happen pre update.

Anyone know of a fix / solution? or know if they are going to try a hotfix post update?
