Question about uneven circumcision and glans scars MM2&MM3

I'm 18 years old and I was circumcised at the age of 7. I’ve just started using MM2 and MM3 methods about a week ago. I'm feeling a bit discouraged and could really use some guidance.

I have some trauma on the glans, specifically two small, scar-like spots caused by dry masturbation. Is there any way to help heal or improve these spots while restoring?

During my circumcision, the cut was botched. While the rest was cut evenly, one side was cut disproportionately, leaving me with more skin on that side. It also has a texture that looks somewhat like a burn scar. I’ve been trying to focus on that area with MM3. As I progress over the next 2-3 years, will this excess skin cause more asymmetry?

I sometimes feel like I have it worse than most people here, but I’m committed to restoring. Any advice or experiences you could share would be great!
