I can't find screen capture settings. How do I disable full screen views for screenshots?

I searched up how I can disable the full screen view of screenshots for my tablet, and it says there should be a screen capture setting in General?

But there's no option there for it.

I tried the search bar and its not showing there either.

It only has AirDrop and AirPlay & Continuity in the part where its supposed to contain the screen capture options
