Does lack of universally accepted argument against Boltzmann Brain hypothesis give us positive reason to affirm the theory?

As I understand it, while probably no scientist or philosopher affirms they are Boltzmann Brain, there's no universally accepted argument to refute this hypothesis.

Assuming if a person finds all the arguments against Boltzmann Brain unconvincing, must they believe they are Boltzmann Brain? Or would this only give us reason to doubt and suspend judgement (like with solipsism in philosophy) rather than literally affirms the Boltzmann Brain hypothesis?

I'm only a newbie at this so I apologize if my question sounds silly.

Edit: Somehow I can't reply to the comments here so I will reply in my edit:
If someone reject all arguments against Boltzmann Brain, does this give them empirical evidence to believe in Boltzmann Brain, since there's a theory that disorder stuffs will become ordered stuffs given an infinite universe?
