1cr budget what colleges can I get

Scoring 300-320 in reneet(I know score is shit pls just help out w college), budget can go +10-15 lakhs but I need a good college. I'm from up so keeping that in mind south colleges are not preferred. Can someone just give a list of the best ones at this rank, i was hoping for niims but everyone is shitting on it. If its in north then there's also a chance for political influence if my rank is lower than required .
