Moving to the UAE

Let's assume you have been wanting to go abroad or just out of Bangladesh. USA, Canada, Australia, etc. aren't the right fit - either too expensive or you're not ready yet.

If you get a chance to just get out, would you go to GCC, specially the UAE? Or do you rather stay in Bangladesh? Or pick a smaller country within central Asia, etc.?
