14 month old 5 am wakeups

my 14 month old keeps waking up between 5 to 5:30 am. originally we had her on 2 nap schedule but just transitioned her to 1 nap. we have been putting her to bed at 7pm each night. her afternoon nap is at 12 and usually 2 hours. I haven’t seen any change in the wake up time though.

ive changed my own bedtime to 10pm but I also need to work occasionally at night so this isn’t sustainable lol. would appreciated any help.
