CQF Program: Who Has Done It?

I've Looked at the CQF program sample lectures and some lecture slides - it strikes me that the main bottleneck is poor lecture quality and poor material quality. Meaning, the math and concepts aren't hard - but instead, 1) the communication of the concepts are abstract, 2) the point of the topic of discussion is unclear, and 3) the content flows in denotation after denotation without much qualitative explanation.

Is my assessment of the program accurate or is the math and programming the real bottleneck?
