Having trouble installing community patch (KOTOR 2)

Downloaded the file from deadlystream and the installer doesn’t show my KOTOR 2 folder at all

Lets me search as far as steam/steamapps/common but doesn’t show any game files

Checked it’s the right hard drive and also made sure to turn my second monitor off as I read that can cause install issues

Windows 10, 32gb 3200mhz and a 2080 super if that helps with anything and it’s an nvme I use for all my games

Any advice?
