Does anyone know if MeshCore or meshtastic are legal in iraq?

They are simple, secure, encrypted text messaging networks that work off grid: even when the power goes down, even if all cell networks go down, even if the internet goes down. You will still be able to communicate with each other.

It uses low power ism frequencies 865-920mhz which are typically unused for any other purpose.

With MeshCore each person can set up a node then all communicators communicate with each other through those nodes.
