Confused on which course to retake

I finally am gonna start my engineering 2nd year. I had a really difficult time with programming so i havent met my required 4.5 cgpa to take second year eecs courses. I have spoken to the advisor and i must retake one of my courses and get a grade point higher. I got D+ in eecs 1011 and C in eecs 1021. What course do you think i should retake?
