Questions/Advice

So since last year I've (17F) noticed that some things I do are signs of inattentive adhd? Everyone keeps telling me it's from my phone but I'm not so sure anymore. I'll write down some expiriences I've had and I wanna know of any of them sound relatable to anybody with adhd:

-forgetful, need to see something to be reminded of it or I remember it way later -unconsciously place stuff down and then struggle to find them -lost a lipglooss once, bought a new one then found my old one -lost my wallet on a trip, freaked everyone out only to find it in my bag which I was SURE I had checked and have no idea how it ended up there (this has happened a couple of times) -I have to double the time when estimating how long smth will take because I'm always way off -need to reread the same scentnce over and over to understand sometime -just much more slow at writing, reading, drawing in general than my classmates -showers seem like a waste of time and I keep putting them off -I used to brush my teeth pretty regularly and I have had a hard time doing it lately, I always put it off or forget -also used to struggle to take care of my curly hair but I'm better at that now -leave studying or homework until last minute, even if its subjects I enjoy -did some dnd character sheets for over 5 hours past midnight without realizing -spend 13 hours straight on a game bcs a character I liked came out -read half of a fanfic with 470k words on it in one afternoon once -become obsessed with shows easily, relate everything to them and then I get bored of them -never realizing when I'm truly hungry or need the bathroom until hours later. Sometimes I put it off bcs I'm doing smth or because food tastes better when I'm starving -elementary teachers had told my mom I was in my own world during class

WAIT I'll write down the rest in the comments
