Electric pains in hands and feet, indigestion, stomach pain

26m/6'1/215lbs Previous diagnoses - lumbar radiculopathy from a herniation l4l5

For the past 3 months or so, I have been having these electric pains in my hands and feet, it feels like an electrified toothpic is stabbing me in random parts of my hands and feet. This comes with indigestion and stomach pain. The stomach pain feels like grape sized pain all over my stomach. These episodes last about 4 hours and happen a few times a week, I haven't been able to find the trigger yet.

I had a lot of labs done and everything was mostly normal except I had a positive ana 1:80 speckled. I have referall for rheum and im hoping to get in with a neurologist but I am worried something bad will happen before those appointments. I have never experienced pain like this before.
