The biggest improvement has come from focusing on the entire customer journey

Things I've been focusing on are

Testing stronger creative angles

Improving the offer

Increasing AOV with relevant digital products

Making the buying process smoother

Still early and continuing to test before making bigger scaling decisions.

I'd also love to connect with people who are experienced with Meta ads, especially those who have scaled multiple e-commerce brands

I'm not looking for someone to drop a complete playbook in the comments, I understand that experience, testing, and insights have value

I already have guidance on the scaling direction, but the person helping me is currently focused on other projects. The biggest thing I'm looking for is someone who can help execute, analyze, and implement the strategy so we can move faster

I'm confident I can continue scaling, but I value time highly. I'd rather invest in someone with proven experience who can help shorten the learning curve and execute faster instead of trying to handle every part myself

If you've helped brands scale profitably and think there could be a fit, feel free to reach out and let me know what you do
