Just bought the game and it doesn't let me play it

Yep-it's the #1.500.7. I've tried all the solutions from the mod's post. I tried different devices, mobile providers, wifis, vpns(without them as well, ofc), browser, incognito, different emails. They didn't even allow mento file a ticket to support from existing account(that account is linked to different steam account that I don't have access to, trying to file a ticket for this exact problem leads to nothing as well).
