do and don't after mastectomy

Hello, I'm recovering from bilateral mastectomy and I have some questions about what i can or cannot do, and when ?

-Can I wash my hair without forcing on the scars ?

-Can I go swimming without using my arms ?

-Can I do all the cleaning and stuff ? (Vaccum cleaning, washing the dishes, ect)

-Can i start attending archery classes mid September ?
