Looking to talk to anyone about transitioning from Army to Air National Guard

What’s up nerds. I’m currently EOD in the Army and I’m curious how the pipeline looks for going active Army to ARNG.

I’m specifically curious about the Cyber Warfare Job, 1B4X1. I’m at ten years in the Army right now and their bonuses are dog shit and so is the leadership, so I’m leaving.

I already have my TS/SCI, and about to start a BS program in Cybersecurity.

So is this job relatively easy to get in the ARNG? What does the timeline look like?
