Is Paris safe for solo female travelers?

I’ve heard mixed reviews on how “safe” it is for women as solo travellers, I’ve heard alot about catcalling and even some stalking as women walk around solo, obviously everyone’s experience is different but I want a general consensus sort of thing, Id consider myself a safe solo traveller and I’m not really an out late person so mostly back at the hostel for 8/9 latest.

I’d love to hear opinions from anyone who’s been and how they felt and also reccomendations for dinner + coffee.
