Deloitte India Hiring Process - Waiting for R2 After Positive R1

Hi everyone,

I applied for an Analyst role at Deloitte India. HR called and asked if my profile was more technical or functional. I said technical, so she shortlisted me for another role and sent the preliminary assessment the same day.

After 3 days, I got an R1 interview call. It was rescheduled once, and the interview finally happened after 2 days. It was a 15-minute technical interview, and I think it went well. The interviewer said everything looked fine and that he'd share his feedback with HR.

Since then, I haven't received any update about R2, and the new role isn't showing on my careers portal.

Does anyone know how long Deloitte usually takes to schedule R2 after R1? My last working day is 30th June, and I don't have another offer, so I'm a bit worried.

Any insights would be appreciated.
