Anyone here know about Maruti Akrida, Sarjapur?

I’m planning to buy a flat there for self-use. If anyone has visited, booked, or lives there, I’d love to hear your experience.

How is the construction quality, builder reputation, locality, water/flooding situation, and future appreciation? Would you recommend buying there?
