[United States] #Indiana May I fly over the Indy 500 track during non-event and no TFR?

Part of the track is in G airspace. I'm confused because the Indy 500 website says no drone flying. But I'm thinking as long as I take off outside of their property and no events or TFR I'm good. Right?
