What to do spend 10 lakhs for MCA in banglore or 3 lakhs in pondicherry uni

I'm from North India & trying to decide where to do my MCA

Private colleges in Bangalore will cost me around ₹10 lakh for 2 years, while decent options in Noida are around ₹6–7 lakh

Pondicherry University would cost only around ₹3 lakh for the entire course, which is a huge difference

My only concern is that I'm not from the South

I've heard most students are from Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & nearby states, so I'm wondering how the crowd is for North Indians, if it's diverse enough, & whether language or culture becomes a problem

I'm also considering doing an online MCA while preparing for CAT instead of spending a lot on an offline MCA

What would you choose, Pondicherry University, a private college in Bangalore/Noida, or an online MCA with CAT prep, & why
