I mean, the designs are fine, but odd for the region

First of all, i am not trying to make a heated argument, i just wanted to talk about it, and another thing, the Male designs are fine and all, and is very put on for the "Ice cold Region", but females? I mean, i WOULD understand if there are SOME characters who had the Signature Female Hoyo Design, with some who wears GOOD ENOUGH LONG SKIRTS! Even one female character that is covered is FINE! But NONE!? that's far fetched, they have unique details, i won't lie, but the maid one's skirt is... unlikely good enough to be seen in a "Maid" design in a cold region.

But, the Tsaritsa being like that, kinda fine, because, i mean, i think she can withstand the cold, and all, but why the detached Sleeves? I mean, the design os detailed and and also underwhelming, like, there are good design choices for her, yet... if you see her for the very first time, she doesn't look "Cryo" enough, like, they could've added icicles on the "Exposed" skin, it would be kinda cool, she just looks like any tall Female Character ever, but slapped with cryo and this is your Cryo Archon, and she doesn't look even remotely close to looking a BIT "Motherly", like, if you see her directly without knowing anything at all about her, does she "scream" as "motherly" to you? Just asking, not trying to make it too heated, the details on it are "cool" and fine enough on it's own, but for a full design, it feels a bit lacking yet detailed, idk how to describe it very well, sorry.
