Question: Is it possible to go from unscored to scored?

Asking for a friend. She's been academically shit throughout term 1 and almost term 2 and my coordinators have already forced her into unscored now a week ago. The thing is, there's a english ALA sac coming up and she's somehow more versed than me and that she wanted to prove she could actually do it in SACs now she received the "lock in" mentality. Our coordinators r just strict on people abt staying in unscored so itd be futile to ask them this question, or rlly hers is, is it hypothetically possible for her to return to scored if she scores high on these future sacs ? or does vcaa just say no
