I had my first kiss and Im confused

So i live in a dorm and have this kinda cute neighbor. Whenever I drink, I call him and go over to his room. We just cuddle in bed and he tried to kiss me twice. I said no cause it would be my first kiss and i wanted it to be special. Last time, i drank too much and went over to his room again. At first we were just cuddling as usual, then he kissed my cheek and eventually my lips. I didnt say no this time. I enjoyed the shit out of it. He told me he likes me, but no further explanation. I was obviously drunk and im not asking for relationship advice. Im just trying to understand if i made a mistake, if i should cut ties with him or what the fuck do i do? Cause im attracted to him but dont want a relationship with him. I know this sounds horrible but thats just the truth. The thing abt the guy tho is he has more female friends than i do lol. Anyways
