How to return to faceit the right way?

Hello guys,

I have a problem. My main account got banned around 2019and u didn't know at that time bans are two years. So I deleted my account.

The two years ago I learned from a friend that bans are two years and I opened a new account. Then I got banned for ban evasion. It was in March 2024. The support didn't give me answers on how to return in 2026.

So this time I asked the support before opening a new account and they said I am allowed to play faceit I need to make a new account which I did. Then I got again banned for ban evasion.

I just don't know how to come back to faceit the right way. The support doesn't answer or gives the same bit script answer everytime.

Did anyone go through something similar and how did you overcome it?
