How can heavy metals be removed if I'm not a candidate for chelation?
My recent Oligoscan revealed excess levels of cadmium, and very high levels of aluminum, tin, and barium, and high levels of silver, mercury, and lead. I wanted to double check the integrity of the Oligoscan by getting hair and blood tests and compare all three tests' results, but, based on articles I've read blood tests will reveal recent and or/acute heavy metals exposure (as opposed to accumulated) and hair tests may be compromised by external products that come into contact with the hair (hair care products and or environmental agents). So I'm not sure if having blood and or hair tests will be of use.
Assuming the Oligoscan is a reliable indicator, how can I remove bioaccumulated heavy metals from my body without chelation therapies?
For extra context, I've had years of immune disfunction which leads to frequent high viral loads of Epstein-Barr virus (once dormant earlier in my life) and low blood platelet levels.
Constructive/helpful/well-intended responses only please (no hyperbole/keyboard warrior stuff). Many thanks.
