Did the author of Project Super Crush use genAI to write it?

I recently bought the volumes of Project Super Crush online and after reading a couple chapters of it I feel like it's written with AI.

There's a serious overuse of em-dashes and two to three word short sentences which is really typical of the stories written by AI. But I haven't found anything on the author's (Joshua David King) twitter or insta that might suggest they have used AI to write it.

Does anyone else feel this way or is it just me? lol
