Need Microsoft 365 access for Virtual University (Word & Excel)

Hi everyone,

I'm a student at Virtual University Pakistan and I mainly need Microsoft Word and Excel for assignments, reports, and basic coursework.

I was wondering if there's any legitimate way to get Microsoft 365 for free or at a student discount. Does Virtual University provide free Microsoft 365 access with a student email, or is there any other program I can use?

If not, are there any good alternatives that are accepted for university assignments?

I'd really appreciate any advice. Thanks!
