What would a Steel or Iron Savant look like?

I was reading about savantism in a post today and someone mentioned how Kelsier was very close to becoming a push and pull Savant so I wondered what would be the effects of becoming a Steel or Iron Savant? I don't think it's mentioned anywhere in the Mistborn Era 1 books. Don't know about the other ones 'cause I haven't read them yet.
