Night time procreation during summer heat

How do you deal with your protection at night during a heat wave ? I (M30) feel like even the thinnest pull up is too much and I still feel strange about sleeping undressed only in a diaper because normally it’s always covered up at least with shorts. It s just to hot currently but I also feel selfconcious about the padding at night.
