Is it more likely my baby is a girl or a boy based on ultrasound slip-up?
Hello! So I am 24 weeks pregnant, and we are not finding out the gender (although I love to speculate hahaha! So much fun!). We had a scan a few weeks ago, and we told the sonographer we weren’t finding out. She said she would tell us to turn our heads when she had to look at the downstairs bits to confirm gender for her report. Easy!
Throughout the ultrasound, she used terms like ‘baby,’ ‘bubs,’ ect however twice she said ‘he.’ I kind of just ignored it because I just assumed she was using he to be generic… but then after the ultrasound I realised she never asked us to turn away! I was watching the screen the whole time and I would have known if she was doing ‘potty shots.’ Now I’m thinking … IS it in fact likely baby is a boy? Surely there is no way she would have just swiped past and known for sure what gender baby was unless it was super obvious to her (boy bits?). I just feel like if it was a girl she would have had to look for more than 0.5 a second.
What do you guys think!? Am I on to something 🤔😂❤️
