Pulling Suisui just for Hiyuki?

Hello! I am wondering if pulling Suisui is worth it if I don't have AND will probably never pull another negative status DPS. Can she be used as a sustain for Carlotta, Camellya or maybe Electro Rover? I want to use her full potential, but I fear that I'll have no use for her besides the Hiyuki team...

My Hiyuki is right now S3R1 and rocking a S2Verina + S6Sanhua team since I hate Chisa and Lucilla and will never pull them. I like Suisui, however.

Any advice? Should I wait for new leaks for upcoming character's kits to decide? Will the blue girl that throws swords use Suisui?
