❓ "Do I lose my regular phone number?"
Nope. Your Zwitchy eSIM is for data, so you can keep your normal SIM and number.

❓ "When should I install it?"
Before your flight. It takes a couple of minutes, and then you're ready to connect as soon as you land.

❓ "Is it actually cheaper than roaming?"
In most cases, yes. That's the whole point—avoid those painful roaming bills and buy only the data you need.

❓ "Do I have to take my SIM card out?"
No. If your phone supports eSIM, you can use both your regular SIM and your Zwitchy eSIM together.

❓ "What if something goes wrong?"
Just message us. We have real humans available 24/7, and we'll get you connected.
