Uploading MOV in Short Form Platforms

Hello, I've edited a video so far on Premiere Pro, I wonder how to upload videos that are on MOV format but are friendly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? For some reason I can only upload said video on YouTube PC and not any other platform on PC but on mobile I can't even upload on YouTube even.

Are there ways to keep MOV but is able to upload or do I have to convert entirely?
