You are offered $750,000 but for one full year you have to live without one of these four things completely. No exceptions, not once, not even for five minutes.
Option 1: Your phone.
No alarm, no maps, no contact with anyone unless you physically see them. Every plan you make has to be made in advance and kept. If someone cancels you find out when you show up and they are not there. Every photo, every song, every moment you reach into your pocket out of habit. Gone for 365 days.
Option 2: Sleeping longer than 6 hours.
Every night, no matter how tired you are, how sick you feel or how late you went to bed, your alarm goes off after exactly 6 hours. The moment you sleep longer, even once, even by one minute, the $750,000 is gone. One single night where you sleep through your alarm and the entire deal is off.
Option 3: Knowing what time it is.
No clocks, no phone, no asking anyone. You wake up and have no idea what time it is. Every meeting, every appointment, every moment of your day you are completely blind to the time. For a full year you are always guessing.
Option 4: Social media.
Every platform gone. No scrolling, no posting, no watching what anyone else is doing. Every trip, every night out, every moment exists only in your memory. For a full year you are completely invisible online and have no idea what is happening in anyone else's life.
Which one do you choose, and which one would you absolutely never give up?
